Data is key to understanding the past and we use a wide variety of quant and qual data to understand the current business and market landscape. We aim to quickly absorb what you know about your own business and enhance that with our external sources.
While data tells us about the past it doesn’t do a good job at telling us about the future. It requires creativity and the art of imagining the possible to design a new future effectively. But this doesn’t mean every solution needs to be a crazy idea - good design must also meet the constraints within an organisation to deliver.
Meanwhile workplaces have become complex environments with overlapping technology, teams and processes. These need to be understood and a system-wide approach taken to ensure new solutions don’t result in unintended consequences. Design needs to happen at a high enough level to cut across siloes and have the right conversation to deliver an outcome.
Effective change needs a simple and elegant narrative to land effectively. It needs to be a clear, coherent and on-brand narrative, which can be shared with all people, from staff to stakeholders and the board.
